PRICE DROP!
I just got an email from Playstation Underground announcing that the PSP is now just $200! Looks like they're trying to bring the heat on DS. I had planned on getting one eventually, but after playing Hunters on DS I didn't know which one to get. Now with Silent Hill and Ace Combat coming to PSP and with this price drop, it looks like I'll be getting a PSP afterall. Jam it back in, in the dark.  [ MOBIUS ] |

Damn, apparently the $200 PSP doesn't come with a case or a memory stick. Can anyone confirm this? No memory stick = no point!

According to PSM, the new PSP will hit as early as March in Japan. It will be the same $200 that PSP is at now, and might even include another analogue stick (maybe). So now it's a choice between buying PSP in October for ACX or waiting until who knows when 2007 for the American version to be released, but have 8 gigs of memory at no extra cost. That's a tough choice. I really want PSP for movies, but I don't want to wait another year to play these games.
I know you can emulate games on PSP, but are there any Playstation emulators for it? Or is it just old Nintendo games? This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. [ MOBIUS ] |

Oops, didn't read that Gamespot article. Well, that's good news I guess because now I'm free to buy a PSP now. Probably why Sony doesn't want to announce the next PSP now, it would disuade holiday buyers.
Anyways, is it possible to emulate PS1 gamesd on PSP? I know many PS1 games are seeing rerelease on PSP (Silent Hill), but there are just some games I want that won't be released. Playing MGS, GT2, or AC2 on PSP would be the bees knees. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? [ MOBIUS ] |
