theres so much here so I'm sorry if I am repeating a question. 1. .rar they don't work on win mugen right or is there a way to make it work(more good characters are made as .rar files)? 2. where can I find a good tutorial on making your own characters?

Sorry for the stupid question Im just new at this and the somple zipped folders are...well easy. when you find a cool character but it's just a rar the comp cant do anything with it as is thats why I was asking thanks^_^ that ella character looks friggin awesome man!

RAR fromat is NOT supported for god sake. Extract what is inside using programs like winrar, than either just place the contents in the right folder or pack it again, only this time zip it instead or raring it.

just an idea of the chaos in my game. The screen pack is nothing cause I'm working on making my own once I find out how ;^_^

no prob but just so you know, The mashima I have is from the namcoXcapcom(his chibi version) ren and stimpy don't come alone it's a nicktoons team(before battle starts you pick who you want in the team) and john is john thank goodness. Any special way you want me to send them?(besides the obvious)

well the easyest and less time consuming way is to simply find a screen pack that already does this and look at their code.

qcf slide down forward hcf means slide finger from back down then forward. dp and rdp may stand for punches.
so it might mean downforward, backdownforward,(some punch),(maybe a stronger punch) but i do know for sure that qcf means quarter circle forward and hcf means half circle forward.
