I'm rarely stressed. I make an effort to try and stay stoic in the face of any event, good or bad.

I also try and meditate as much as possible. This allows me brain to organize itself while my body relaxes at the sametime. I recommend everyone take some quiet time for themselves AT LEAST once a week, but I try and do it at least once a day.

Same here. Working out provides an excellent, natural release which usually leaves me much more calm and collected later in the day!

Jam it back in, in the dark.
