This year I've become increasingly focused on staying in shape.
I've always considered myself pretty flexible because I've been stretching everyday since my adolesence began! However, just recently I've been developing a little regmine. I'll do a number of push-ups in the morning after stretching and right before going to work. Some days I'll do pull-ups in the morning. And on
other days I will spend some time on the Ab Lounge.
My family has had the Ab Lounge for a number of months, but for a while it was merely collecting dust. Once I started using it I realized how fortunate we were to have it. I've never had a full blown gut, but I have definitely lost my solid definition in the torso since high school. Now, my goal is to have a 6-pack by the end of the year!
One important tidbit I'd like to share. The
first thing you should do when you wake up is a drink a full glass of water. This activiates your metabolism for the day.
On that note, my diet actually consists of mostly water. I only have time to eat breakfast at work, but no lunch. I try and drink as much water as possible because this curbs my hunger extensively. My diet is a peculiar one because I cannot eat fruit. This removes a solid chunk outta my food pyramid, so I fill the gap with various herbal supplements. No protien builders or anything, just vitamins.
I basically stopped eating most fast foods after watching Supersize Me last year.
