Yay for human process!
 Is it safe to say its true that whatever comes around truly comes around eventually? :\ I often wondered just how much of our own waste does get into the process of things in nature. I didn't certainly think about drugs for sure. What's scary is the more immune or the less immune, however we go about after taking in that much from drinking water, there'll be medicine to back us up again. Probably a lot more and just as more effective... I couldn't find a suitable link for sewage sludge but really... its worse than water since its used as fertilizer for a while. Jam it back in, in the dark.
