I was supposed to cut back on salt, but yet I still go for a large bag of sour & cheddar Ruffles every now and then. At least I'll drink a lot of water with it.
And the worst sin I always do, I order a diet soda from any fast food place I go. Hmm... I swear... marshmallows is a sin in itself. Its like... the pinnacle of its own creation. PURE sugar. I can eat a whole bag of those. Jam it back in, in the dark.
