Activison is suing Double Fine to Stop the release of Brutal Legend In short of things; - Vivendi merged with Activision - Activison dropped Brutal Legend - Double Fine looked for publisher, according to sources of Variety, Activison tried to block that process - Double Fine sings up with EA Partners - Activision sues Double Fine to stop release of Brutal Legend And the reason? Oh it had garnered plenty of attention at E3 that now Activison wants a piece of that pie. :\ Oh its just not "sequel" worthy enough is why they dropped it? Just disgusting. Jam it back in, in the dark.
