I do the exact opposite of what I should do, which is to say I hop online and read forums. I don't think I've ever fallen asleep within 30 minutes of hitting the pillow, I just can't do it.

I used to do that, but these days I can't really stand for there to be a lot of noise in the room. I end up listening to it instead of sleeping.
