It's very disturbing yet interesting to me. Not my type of music, but I'll tell you what I think.
It sounds like it could be music for a level on a Resident Evil game. It would just have to be cleaned up a little (practiced). I have heard music just like this, and it makes me feel...different, I'll just say that. I guess you have something going? Are you actually saying things in this song?
