My only physical addiction is nicotine. In Sweden, we have a tobacco product, called Snus, which is wet and grinded tobacco in small pouches (tea-bag) which you put under your lip. I think it's called snuff in the states. Have been using this for at least 3-4 years now, and it contains more nicotine than a cigarette so obviously you get addicted.
Mentally, I'd say I'm definitely addicted to the Internet. Spending most of my awake time in front of the web and even skipping other activities because of it is the reason I call it an addiction. And it disturbs me as hell, just sitting here all day. Jam it back in, in the dark.
