That kind of looks like my list, well...scrap two controllers (there's just me and (at most) one other person in my house so I will only need to buy one more) with that money saved I'd get games, though its a shame that the wiimotes w/ nunchuck cost as much as a game, at least I'll have enough to play for at least a little while.

I had no clue the preorders happened and needless to say I was rather pissed, but, being the spammer I am I might as well take the guy at GS's advice and call EVERY DAY. So I wonder if I will see a few at a Walmart and "hey! this shouldnt be here!"

If I cant get a pre-order in do you think that places like (say) a Best Buy (or any other store that sells games 'n shit will have any at launch?(anyone that works at any one of those places can confirm this).

I impusively bought at 1GB SD card at a radioshack ($50-$15 rebate) which it should stay dormant until lauch since my computer doesent have a slot for one.

I'm getting ready for Sunday pre-ordrers in that time.

It seems that the Wii is on the front page of the Wall Street Journal today, I caught a story on CNBC this morning while chanel surfing (the anouncer had to ask anoter anchor on how to prononce the damn thing). The interview (with some guy in Seattle) diddnt give much info on things we already know.

At least N is getting some serious attention in the financial world fianlly.

I would of posted the article, but since I lack a subscription to the online portion somebody else can copy/pasta it.

I hope a GS has one of those around here in the coming week (I would pluralize it, but I would sound rather impatient if I couldnt wait 2 weeks) though I wish the game was Wii sports or something but Excitetruck is something I could live with.

My decision in waiting to get a Wii is that of whether Walmart wil sell them at midnight (calls will be made early saturday morning) because I doubt Best Buy will open at midnight for the launch, and I dont feel like freezing out northeastern november cold for hours on end (if I have to I will, but not reccomended).

I was doing some reserch at this late hour (for whatever reason) and now I'm forced to drag my ass to Gamestop tomorrow and pick up the USB adapter since the Wii lacks an ethernet port.

At least I can play online on my DS whenever.:juggler:

At least (according to the confimed listings) this puts me more at ease seeings how there are over 200 Wii's available in my town, let alone I dont think that anywhere near 93 people will be in line at a Best Buy, that would be just rediculious.

I went to a Wally World today and asked about the system in question, and being a 24 hour place I decided that this will be the better place to get it, though mostly I dont feel like wait some eight hours later at a Best Buy.

It'll probably be the first of the month (December) or something when updates start taking place (think of the stuff availiable right now including VC games and ect. already there for a while for reviewers and shit) which makes sense because the Japanese release date is right around that time (dont know if it matters or anything) but the timetable makes sense.

Looks like my Wiipoints are going to be saved for another week or so.
