Just as what happened with claire, when the stick was sticking out of her head, could happen to peter long enough to have it completely removed.

but i don't see peter dying at all.

as odd an unbelievable as it sounds it would be pretty interesting.

peter dying is more believable. but it will probably end up taking sylar out with him.

i don't know how big a spoiler this is, but if you've been watching within the past 6 or so eps you would already know.

the fact that Isaac can use his power now without drugs is pretty interesting. and peter training with the Invisible Man [i forget his name] was pretty cool as well
