I must be one of the only people on the planet who quite enjoyed FFXIII
Classic Jenga mainly, with the odd round of housebrick Jenga thrown in for shits and giggles.

Heh, I bought it for the girlfriend when it first came out. She played it for around ten hours before shelving it. There it sat until this past weekend, when for some reason, I got a hankering to play a FF game, but I wanted something "new"...I dunno. Lately I've been very OCD about gaming, jumping from one to another without finishing any. I have so many on a backlog right now, it isn't even funny.
I will say that I'm not a fan of the game so far. If it were anything other than a "Final Fantasy" title, I would consider it to be a very mediocre game with an extremely shitty story. Because it's a Final Fantasy game and it has the weight of years of experience and more than a few dollar signs backing it...makes it even worse, especially coming off of FFXII, which did show signs of improving the stale FF formula.
I don't know. I don't see anything redeeming in FFXIII yet. I just got to Gran Pulse, and finally am given somewhere to actually "explore". Of course that only took 26 hours. But even still there doesn't seem to be too much "new" and "different" to even try to find! We'll see. I'm determined to see this through to the end now. I want to know if it
can get better or worse...
