Before the nes I can't really remember my first games bought for the Commodor or the Atari.
NES - Final Fantasy and Dragon Warrior (bought them at the same time and enjoyed them both immensely). Sega - Teddy Boy (I played this in the hospital for months, grew addicted to it and got the system later with the game so that I could play it all the time). Genesis - D&D Warriors of the Eternal Sun (a game I was sooo addicted to it wasn't even funny). SNES - Final Fantasy II (Bought this and never owned the system at all, heh). Sega CD - Afterburner 3 (Loved this game. Short but sweet and fun). Gameboy - Tetris (only cuz it came with it), otherwise Final Fantasy Adventure. Playstation - Soul Blade and Gran Toursimo 2 (bought the system much after it came out and got these two games so that I could properly enjoy it for a while. Then I got FFTactics and Chrono Cross, and I lost a lot more of a life...) Playstation 2 - Final Fantasy X (boy was that a mistake of a game to buy. I played more PS1 games on my PS2 for soooo long afterword). PC - Diablo (Most of the games I had on the PC were free or downloaded before this. This came out and it was the first game I officially spent money on to support it. I just wish a damned Diablo III would come out). PS3 - Eventually, with the extensive library of Armored Core 4. Maybe the new Marvel RPG... Jam it back in, in the dark. |
