Academy Awards

hmm, I was REALLY disappointed in a lot of the choices. Brokeback mountain did NOT deserve to win over John Williams in the category for best score. It was really cool getting to see Ichzak play the medly though.

Also, i loved Wallice and Gromit, but Miyazaki is SO much better and I think he should have walked away with best animated picture.

But I have to agree, "It's hard out here for a pimp" even being nominated for best song is almost offensive. That is not the type of material that should be in the Oscars.

YOu know, I wasn't all that impressed with the movie either. However, I still think it was a lot better than Wallice and Gromit, though I haven't seen Corpse Bride yet.
