Sure, I'll join in.
I'm 5'9 and roughly 200lbs. I need to lose around 15 lbs by June/July, and get in good shape by August. Doesn't seem to difficult. Running for around 15-30 minutes a day, plus a 30 minute workout. The beauty of it is, that I have pretty much all the free time in the world now to dedicate to losing this weight. So I'm not bound by time constraints during the day. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
