I mean, people still wonder why the PS3 is selling so badly. Big fucking surprise if nothing's on the game market. There is the bunch of retards like me who've already bought a PS3, and there's the group of potential buyers that are still waiting for a good reason to buy one. What Rockstar is doing here doesn't really help the situation at all.

people also buy consoles that are the cheapest when it comes to Multi-platform games. As much as I hate to say it, Exclusitivity among games is what sells consoles. Given that the PS3 game lineup for this fall/winter is horribly mundane and the 360 has about 10+ AAA games dropping for it this fall as well as the Wii having quite a few as well. This christmas; the 360 and the Wii will move far more units then the PS3.

So when GTAIV comes around in Q2 2008; Most people are going to opt for the version of the game on a console they own. MGS4 will get people on the fence to buy a PS3 because of it's exclusitivity. GTAIV will get a few people to buy a PS3, but most people will opt for the cheapest system or buying the game for a console they already own.

Their is also quite a few people who own both systems who will opt for the 360 version; myself included. I own all 3 systems, but when it comes to Multi-platform games between the PS3 and 360; i always opt for the 360 version.

these are just 10 titles of the top of my head that are all exclusive to the 360 this fall and all will draw considerable attention to the 360.

Now lets look at what the PS3 has

1. Lair
2. Heavenly Sword
3. Ratchet and Clank: ToD
4. Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
5. Folklore

Compared to the 360 list, none of the PS3 exclusives besides R&C look all that impressive to me. I'm holding off touching Haze or UT3 until the 360 version drops due to the shittiness of the PSN when compared to Live.

Like always you are spouting pure bullshit. If you actually kept up on the news you'd know the whole XBLA katamari rumour has been debunked and it is soley a retail game. That Copy and Paste list of yours also has very little bearing on the discussion at hand given that more then 3/4's of those games you've listed don't come out for at least another year at minimum and quite a few of the games themselves haven't even been annouced and are just pure speculation on your part. As if you knew how to read, you'd know the discussion on my part was simply providing a list as to why i thought the new GTAIV release date was better for the games overall sales given the competition it had to deal with when it had it's original launch date in october.

But of course. Instead, you just look for any sentence that has Microsoft and Sony in the same sentence and automatically your " PS3 rules, 360 sucks " rant switch flips into engage mode and you proceed to spew forth so much horeshit that it makes politicians jealous.
