If you Overclock, then you might have set it too high. If not, a good way to test RAM is to google for Memtest. Let it run for a bit and if it doesn't show any errors in the RAM, your RAM is fine and something else is faulty.

I've actually never heard of Veritech....Did these come with the computer or did you get the somewhere else?

BTW, the memtest that I use doesn't require a floppy, just as long as you can get to windows and have it stable long enough to check.

By the way, What's your PSU?

There's nowhere I can't reach.
