I want to say Haibane Renmei because of all the tan/brown colors in all three pictures (which seems to bring up Haibane for some reason), but I honestly don't remember seeing any of the three, so I doubt this is right, but it hasn't been guessed yet, so what the hell.

Hmm...so is this series Widescreen or 4:3? Not that I should be making guesses based on that, but still.

Based on the content of this picture and the fact that the last picture was widescreen, my random guess would have to be Hayate no Gotoku! though I haven't watched it yet and only have a faint idea of what's going on.

Honestly, I've never watched it, but I'll guess Earth Maiden Arjuna (or however you spell it, I forget exactly), just because of the two dots on the head. It looks like something that'd come out of that.

I personally enjoyed the series greatly. I guess if you like detective shows, you might like it. I don't know, I went in not having watched any other detective show before. If you like practicality, some of the methods the criminals use aren't very practical, but they are definitely possible. No supernatural shit (at least none that isn't explained.)
