To clarify, religious charities are strictly regulated and must compete on the same grounds as non-religious charities for federal funds. While I know it may be difficult to believe (even "The Economist" was nervous about faith-based funding), I've interned there for months, and everything was wholly legitimate.

Wow. I JUST went to the Institute's page and found out that it was Lew Rockwell's. This is no garden variety psychotic man that we're reading, here. The man is despised by nearly all libertarians, the ideology that he purports to represent.
