Fried tacoes that looked like spring rolls.
Take carnitas filling, take square rice paper and roll it up just like you would a spring/egg roll, then flash fry. Easiest thing I can think up of on the fly. I'm sure if I let some ideas marinate I can think of plenty of others. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
