Agreed. I apologize about that, dinner was being served right as I was typing the opening and I couldn't tell my father "later" when we're serving traditional new years eve dinner. :P
So yeah... example. I have two memories both packed on one day. It's one month after I met my current boyfriend; at this point we've well established that we like each other quite well. So on this day we went out on a date. He had class in the morning, so he stops by in the morning before class and drops off a bouquet of beautiful rose ensemble.
Couple hours later after all his classes are done, we go up driving in Palos Verdes and he shows me some areas and landmarks where he grew up as a child. He takes me to this one church he used to go as a child, guides me towards what would be the backyard of the church, and the view from up above was the entire Los Angeles South Bay peninsula. It was sort of a chilly crisp day with moderate wind, so the air was clear and free of smog and the sight was absolutely beautiful. As I stood there I felt/wished as if time would stop, knowing that what I had with the person hugging me as I watched the beautiful view was going to be something special.
...Soppy story, I know.
