Hmm, boiled raisins cookie huh? Sounds interesting, might give it a shot actually.
Here's mine, a pretty basic simple one- Nestum/Oats cookies (makes about 100) Ingredients: 3 cups flour 3 cups nestum/oats/muesli 1/2 tsp baking powder 250g butter 1 1/2 cup sugar (I usually use about 1 cup only) 2 eggs 100g raisin 1 tsp vanilla Method: 1. Cream sugar and butter. 2. Sift flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. 3. Add vanilla and eggs into batter. 4. Add flour, nestum and raisins into the mix. 5. Bake for 10-15 mins @ 160-180 degrees (celcius) Jam it back in, in the dark. |
