Obviously they don't deserve the same protection as uniformed soldiers, but as human beings they deserve some kind of protection.

Hey, you can't expect the enemy to follow the rules if doing so wouldn't give them even a snowflake's chance in Hell of victory or even a fair compromise.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Nonetheless, they're still people. You can't just lock 'em up for an indeterminate amount of time somewhere where they can't be checked up on. Especially without saying WHY you're locking them up, let alone giving them some kind of trial.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
