When I was shopping for my first MP3 player, the salesman at FutureShop kept insisting that I get a MiniDisc recorder instead.
Another FutureShop salesman, when I was asking about MP3 players and ended up not buying anything at the moment, said "Damnit, I could have made $500 in the time I was serving you" (they used to get commission). Jam it back in, in the dark.
