I also lost one hour of sleep, and because of that, I was very tired when I came in to work at 7am today. *yawn* I ended up taking a VTO (Voluntary Time-Off) 'cause I couldn't hack it anymore.

It doesn't for me. I was only screwed now because I wanted to sleep earlier so I can beat the DST and get some more sleep in, but someone was playing the piano elsewhere in the apartment, and it's very loud in my bedroom. How can anyone bloody sleep with that racket on? That's the reason why I was so tired the next day. *yawn*
