Should be fine for WoW.
If there isn't anything that you are unsatisfied with in your current machine, then why upgrade? If there are things that are too slow, not enough X, not enough Y, etc. then maybe you can let us know what areas to concentrate on. More RAM is always good, a new video card would help WoW's performance some. If you are running out of HDD space, you could add one of those. My general advice is always to put off upgrading until there is something that you really feel the 'need' to upgrade. You'll save money in the long run by not doing many minor upgrades. You can perhaps save the money for the next time you really overhaul the system/buy a new machine. Jam it back in, in the dark.

If it'd go to waste, then you might as well go for a new graphics card as well. I'd love to add a 7600GT personally, but you'd have to look at something that will fit your board, as it's likely AGP.
I'd also pick up some canned air, and some writable media while you are there. Most amazing jew boots
