Nope. No pauses where you expect them. Only at strange places to put emphasis on points that wouldn't be made in most conversations. The delivery of the extremely witty dialog is a huge part of why it is so good. Besides, if you watch piles of episodes back to back on DVD then you'll never have trouble following it again.
