No. Mininova.org is like a directory. It lists torrents from OTHER sites (and also receives stats from the torrent's trackers), but does not have any of its own, nor does it have a tracker.

Well, what can they do? I mean, it's pretty obvious that they didn't do it voluntarily; but I guess Swedish government vs. USA/MPAA wouldn't be an interesting fight after all.
