You need to choose the map with the small island on the east side. You will have to build the airport on that island. Also, you have to build 3x3 blocks. I was able to create a megalopolis after uhh I dunno, 40 years maybe?

I had a megalopolis before I got the 50 years anniversary statue and dude I don't know any fucking Action Replay shit. It's really a question of choosing the right map and the right building and infrastructure buildung. You have to build railways from the very beginning, for instance.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
