Uhh I think the movie ended in the cave, where she's sitting in front of a birthday cake and you can see the crawlers comin' (no fucking joke!); I quite didn't get the ending as well, but that's nothing special, since I usually don't get clever endings. I disagree that this movie sucked, by the way, but that's another story.
