20 minutes each day. I usually use those 8-minutes workout videos, preferrably the abs and arms ones. I work out in the morning right after I woke up because that also helps me to get awake without drinking too much coffee.

No, not really. In fact, I would say that I have a pretty much disastrous way of feeding upon something. I am a big fan of fast food and I'd rather eat four cheeseburgers instead of a healthy salad, yet I have slight underweight, which is great of course. I mean, I can eat whatever I want and won't become fat, that's not bad.

I used to be a tennis player. Nowadays, I just play football and some minor exciting sports like darts and bowling for fun.

Well that's a good question. Of course I want to stay fit and live in a rather healthy way, but sometimes, I think I could do much better. Instead of sitting in front of the computer for hours, I could run a few rounds around the block. I am happy that I am at least doing
something, but it could definitely be better.
Oh and I'm 6'2" and 154 lbs which makes me slightly underweight, I guess.
