Hi,
I guess routine, routine, routine. Try to sleep at the same time, quite and calm music do work if you try not to think too much. Make sure you don't watch TV prior sleep at least 30 minutes, let you mind be peace. Also in research showed that if you have mineral deficiency, it will make your brain restless and body stress, so it is no harm to have it check out. myeronetwo ![]() Jam it back in, in the dark. |
