Nekketsu Oyako (Sega Saturn Red Book Audio) - Mega Tokyo 2064 - Outer City Road A racing track, judging by the title. It's not bad, just predictable, hitting racing genre mainstays like a line of orange safety cones.

You obviously didn't bother to do research. This is a brawler akin to Final Fight and Double Dragon.
