My Dad's boss had a kid that went to COllege recently. Now seeing as how he is stinking rich and most people aren't, I wouldn't suggest this.
The Dad bought a house within close proximity of the school, he told the son that the house was his until he gets out of College. The only drawback is that he had to rent out the rooms to pay for his tuition and other needs. I thought this was a good idea. How ya doing, buddy?
