Do you want... Hand-drawn sigs?

Yes yes sigs are pretty great, and what makes sigs even better is when they're hand-drawn. By me. I'd like to think myself something of a hand-drawn-sig-smith, so naturally I'd like to share my trade with the WORLD (gamingforce).

Basically all this thread boils down to is this: you request a sig, and I draw it. There are only a few catches though, see, and those are the following:

• The sig will be a hand-drawn self portrait, so that means
• You must post a picture of yourself in order for me to even consider drawing you a sig. Even if your picture is already posted elsewhere, or I've seen you before, you must must MUST show me a (preferably recent) picture of yourself!!!
• There are only going to be a few slots open so this pretty much operates on a first-come, first-serve basis.

With that said, there are few limitations of what I'll do with your picture, although I obviously can't get too crazy here so if you're thinking about making an inane request don't be surprised if I don't draw you anything. My goal here is to make simple, bust-shot pictures (like my sig below!) so...


Anyway, anyway. To start, I will have 15 slots open. As those are finished I may open more or shut down this operation altogether. We'll see how I feel after these initial 15.

To Hawkeye and Shenlon- the reason why I asked for people to post their pics in this thread is so that I don't have to have a million-and-one applications and windows and things open while I do this. My computer has pretty terrible memory so I can only have so many windows open at once and the program I'm using to do this <<

Alright, as much as I want to try and finish up the rest of these tonight, I've got a splitting headache AND SO, the first batch will hopefully be finished by tomorrow night. Maybe.

Meanwhile I want to apologize to everyone who has already gotten their sigs--I meant to make all of them transparent but I can't get the dithering or whatever it is to make the edges look... not... Jagged. So, you get crummy sigs on a background color that barely matches the boards.

Ugh, I so could've pumped out more sigs today but was totally unmotivated to do much of anything. Things should pick up over the weekend and hopefully this second bunch will be done before Sunday.

Also, I should probably note that it's very unlikely I'll be doing any more after the second load (save for a few SELECT ELITE MEMBERS) so to everyone who wanted a sig that didn't get their name on the second list (and isn't a SUPER ELITE MEMBER) I am SO SORRY. I am only one person, and well. Drawing the sigs isn't the problem here, it's the work to actually make them functional sigs that is the hard part. The part that I DREAD.

Anyway I'm calling it quits for the night.

I'm not sure if that's all of the sigs with blue backgrounds, but that's alright. Regardless, I am hereby finished with this project! For good? Probably not. Who knows what kind of free time I'll have next year, so maybe those who missed out this year can snag a sig or two. We'll see.

Meanwhile, here is a collection of all the signatures I've done (among other things) for those of you who may have lost yours, or just want to have a look around. If you've lost your sig and want to use it again, I ask that you please save the image to your harddrive and host the image on your own webspace if you'd be so kind, thank you <<

Also, I do want to apologize to those of you who had to wait a very long time for your sig to come out, and to those of you who are not pleased with the end result. Please, do not hesitate to PM me if you'd like an alternate signature if you weren't satisfied with what you got. It's really no trouble at all~

And um. What else. Thanks for being patient with me guys, and more importantly, for participating in this thread. It was fun, even in spite of all the times I whined about being overwhelmed and blah and blah blah; you guys were a big help in exercising my creative side, and making me push some boundaries I didn't think I could (basically the fact that I even completed this project has made me feel a lot better about myself) so, IN SHORT, as I continue to make this sentence run on and on and on:
