I have a very addictive personality and I am always bingeing on something. Cigs, pot and morphine are my main vices. I also chew tobacco vigorously and whenever possible. I don't believe any of my addictions are too harmful as I shift from vice to vice rather easily so that I spare the problem areas the means for drastic irritation. It's all about finding a good cycle.
I think there is a level of self control that I have so that I can justify the means for NOT STOPPING. Jam it back in, in the dark.
