^^^ Yup. It's pretty incredible. I saw an article on the 'treeman' a while ago and really wasn't too repulsed by it. If anything I feel terrible for the guy who was abandoned by his wife and fired from his job and raised 2 children through all of this.
Apparently the hands are completely calcified. They aren't literally 'tree branches' but cutaneous horns. He hopefully will end up being alright with proper treatments. Jam it back in, in the dark.
