This had me in stitches. Bring in Barnum and Bailey's folks... I mean, its good to see that Putin doesn't stoop to making a mockery of world politics and everything...yea.
I think this title might've been more catchy... 'Putin takes off shirt and ruffles critics.'
On the deeper side of things, maybe a shirtless Putin indicates a gesture to George Bush and all European countries stating he's ready to make love... not war. (heh)
