I can't wait for this downgrader to be released.

I'm one of the unfortunate people to have bought a 2.81 PSP, so this is great news for me. I've already tested the hello world application that noobz released and it works with my copy of GTA:LCS so I'm all set to downgrade when the downgrader finally surfaces.

I've got 3.03OE-C sitting here on my hard drive all ready to go once I finally downgrade to 1.5.

The prospect of being able to play most of those PSX games sitting in my collection is almost too good to handle.

How ya doing, buddy?

I have a question... when you downgrade and start using those homebrew application, if by any chance I don't like it for x reasons, is it possible to return your psp to "normal" and use it like you never downgrade and use those custom firmware?
Yes there is. The 3.03OE-C Firmware has a built in recovery function I believe that will restore your firmware back to 1.5, and from there you can upgrade back to the firmware you had previously.

But why wouldn't you like it? The 3.03OE-C Firmware can do everything the official Sony firmware can do with the addition of some very useful functions like homebrew support, and the ability to run PSX games at full speed.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I just downloaded the 3.03 downgrader and it worked perfectly for me. I'm now running 3.03OE-C

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Well to be safe, I went back to 150. Can't I just update 3.03 OE-C from here?

edit : I already placed a few files and folders in there. The next part is where I renamed the pbp files to 150 and 303. When i do the oe maker. It says "Cannot Open File"
Make sure the 150.pbp and 303.pbp are in the X:/PSP/GAME/oeupdmaker folder. The readme is pretty vague about where the files have to go.

I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?
