Uematsu has got it made. He can compose single themes for high-profile games for huge cash settlements, get his name on the product and maintain visibility, all with about 3-4 minutes of music per game.
With prospects like that, it's easy to see why he's not composing many complete scores lately... Jam it back in, in the dark.
