Asa kara Zusshiri Milkpot SPECIAL ORIGINAL SOUND TRACK - Fling Out my Funky Whey You keep your goddamn funky whey to yourself, you hear me? This actually sounds kind of like a TMNT song from the old NES days, and that's a very good thing: it implies rock-solid but lighthearted melody and funky rhythm to spare. Public flashing aside, it's solid stuff.

Binary Pot Original Sound Track - Reverse Thrust Smile Guess modern digital pot isn't old school enough for you stoners, is it? Clear, unambiguous drug references aside, this is a lot like the last song sans the Turtle shine. Still pretty dang solid.

I AM NOT A DJ - The End AND YET YOU KEEP CRANKING OUT SUBPAR DJ SCRATCH-OFF CRAP. If it mixes crappy loops like a DJ and scratches like a DJ and produces crappy music that's only listenable if you're high on binary pot like a DJ...

King's Valley II: The Seal of El Giza (Game Rip) - The Next Pyramid Well with a name like that I expected Egyptian music, and it was delivered (aside: how did this get to be our stereotypical idea of Egyptian music when no one has any goddamn clue what their real music sounded like?). Aside from nailing a low-bitrate and mildly funky version of the stereotype, there's not much here.

Men of War: Vietnam Original Soundtrack Promo - The Psychedelic Soldier Again with the drug references. I was expecting some off-kilter acid rock, but instead the music goes all Hans Zimmer with power chords and everything playing in unison with whining ladies in the background and the occasional vague ethnic touch. Not really my cup of napalm.

SQUIDS - The Casual Adventure There's no big reason behind this one; I just thought it had a great melody and a carefree/innocent sound overall. Also it comes from an SRPG starrring squids. And there's a grizzled squid sheriff. If those last two sentences didn't sound cool to you, we have nothing more to discuss.

Vampire Savior: The Lord Of Vampire - CONCRETE CAVE God I am so sick of vampires. Can't we move onto some other supernatural entity? Maybe hot banshees. Oh, the music? I guess it's what you'd find in a vampire elevator or some dilettante vampire cafe where patrons need two squirts of mocha with their bloodaccinos.
