Monster Hunter Hunting Music Collection - (pawprints) Oh god the damn cat song. That's what won that week? I swear, the only time you guys don't like these dumb-ass joke songs is when I nominate one

ESPGALUDA II Black Label ORIGINAL SOUND TRACK - Stage1 Still vanilla shmup.

Aekanaru Sekai no Owari ni Original Soundtrack "Routine" - Nagi's Theme I think the adjective I used to describe this was "Kikuta-esque." That's pretty much a huge compliment, implying as it does a careful balance of quirk and melodic awesomeness.

TEN PLANTS - chlorella production manager It's a great song and it inspired y'all to troll me without mercy. What could be better?

Muppet Monster Adventure (Game Rip) - Hallways of Doom The second-least scary song wound up winning Scaryweek. But it's the Muppets, and also Michael Giacchino, so all is forgiven.

Legend of Gold Wind - Legend Mmm, piano goodness flows down. Also: oboe. Acoustic Asturias is so much better than Electirc Catalonia...

CamelCase xX (Game Rip) - Dance of Kalmor Good old-fashioned synthy fun, plus woodwinds!

Megalomachia - Catastrophe UVB-76 I think everyone declaring this song teh ear sex is just an elaborate troll directed at me, personally. It's kind of cool that the horrible noises ruining everything are an actual unidentified radio signal, but they're still horrible noises ruining everything.

A really solid group of winners, overall.

The Point Spread
chlorella - 2 pts.
Naggy - 1 pt.
Indiana Frog and the Basement of Doom - 1 pt.
Legend - 1 pt.
Kalmor Union - 1 pt.

Nom
Album: Oboromuramasa / Muramasa: The Demon Blade
Artist: The Sakislut
Disc #: 3
Track #: 17
Track Title: Impermanence / The Vicissitudes of Life
Catalogue Number: BSPE-1002~4
Year: 2009
Source: VGMdb
Additional Info: The track title varies depending on how you translate it from the Moontongue. Also: Hella Asian Development.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

So I've been going through the Konami Endings Collection, and I discovered the ending to SD Snatcher, which is awesome. However, the second half of the song ("Coda") was apparently in a past BSC. Don't suppose that would be eligible for SotW?
I don't think the BSC has any bearing on SotW. I mean the recommended procedure is to try something out here before moving to the BSC big time but if you want to go all Bizarro and do it backwards I think it's kosher.

Really, the worst thing that would happen is that certain people (i.e. me) would bitch a little in their voting comments about how it's become an old chestnut.

I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

I leave for a week and you guys crown the paranoid one. I swear, if I'm ever gone for a month you'll all be voting for "Francis E. Dec: The Remixes."

I was speaking idiomatically.
