I've also had a good experience with Temp; I'd add Flyff to that list.
Age of Conan: Hyperborean Adventures couldn't be more stylistically different, but it's very impressive--really big and bold with a live ensemble. I'm reviewing it for VGMRush as we speak. Anarchy Online, from the same company, is also pretty good, though very ambient. Fantasy Earth, which recently had a nice rip posted here, is also good in a pinch--especially if you're a fan of Basiscape. Jam it back in, in the dark.
