Very much so. The arrangements in this album are, like the previous one, the thing that I look for the most in any sort of arrangement: same music, better sound. None of the instruments have been replaced with others that might destroy the classic feel of the tracks, and most have been upgraded in such a way that they complement, and even supplant, the originals.
My one quibble would be the inclusion of several tracks from MM7. Since I found the originals to be lacking, it tands to reason that their arrangements aren't as pleasing as they ought to be. Still, a solid collection and a must-have for Megaman fans.
