You could do that in Morrowind too, as I recall.
I'd just dump more Soule into the directory, mostly songs from Dungeon Siege or Icewind Dale that fit the mood. There's something about his music that works well with wide-open games that gives them heft. Of course, I'm sure somebody would prefer to listen to Megadeth while tramping over lush green fields, but not me. How ya doing, buddy?
