I think you were asking for piratey sounding music, not just music that is pirate-related ingame (though the two often coincide, of course), right Rimo?
"Black Forest" from Suikoden 1 is totally nautical, despite being, well, a forest. "Azure Ocean" from Lufia II has a nice piratey feel to it. "Gulug Volcano" from FFIX always seemed rather sailorish to me (though it might be only me). Oh, and just about everything from the Monkey Island series. Jam it back in, in the dark.
