Has any new news about this game surfaced yet? What's it called anyway?
Jam it back in, in the dark. |
238 meg download for a DVD, it almost seems like a waste! Has anyone played it yet? I'm just downloading it at the moment.
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Well, I had 3 friends over and we played it 4 player on PS2 (yeah, multitap). I was excited after seeing the intro, but the gameplay itself is very bland.. This game doesn't compare to SSBM at all. Each character has a very basic combo and around 2 specials (although all the Naruto characters seem to have 3). You can't really link any of the combos into specials either. I'm majorly dissapointed about this game, even Digimon Rumble Arena 2 was better.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Yeah, I'll admit I was a bit hasty in commenting about the combo system. I think it's probably the fact that my first time playing was immediately with 3 other people so the whole event was just confusion and out of control.. The supers are definitly blockable.. It's a pity that performing a super pauses gameplay though, because it's extremely annoying when one person does a super and then everyone else follows up with their own supers as well.
