"Pal runs 10Hz higher then that of NTSC TV"
Traditionally, PAL is 50 Hz, NTSC is 60 Hz.. Although that isn't really the case anymore and a lot of PAL tvs actually run at PAL60. I don't really know the technicalities behind all that though. How ya doing, buddy?  |
