My JP account got the e-mail shortly after the announcement of what happened, my US account
It's good that the CC info was encrypted (however strong it was encrypted is up to debate considering personal info is plaintext) since it's not too hard to guess a new security code / expiration date if the number stays the same. Don't even need the security code either if buying plane tickets :| Jam it back in, in the dark.
